We have had another year tirelessly working with our partner organisations to get the message out about Preventing Sexual Harassment and Managing Inappropriate Behaviour at work.
Over a year on from the Worker Protection Act there is still so much to do, but we can also reflect on a year full of raising awareness and helping organisations to create more respectful, safer cultures.

Webinar with Hill Dickinson
Stella was delighted to reprise her partnership with Padma Tadi Booth at Hill Dickinson and they were joined by partner Caroline Prosser to deliver an “in conversation” style webinar on the Worker Protection Act and what organisations need to be doing to prevent sexual harassment.
Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management CIEEM webinar
Our facilitator Kate Smith facilitated a panel discussion with 2 CIEEM members which drew on real experiences of sexual harassment and inappropriate behaviour in the sector and practical steps to tackle it.
The feedback on the tailored nature of the webinar was great and CIEEM members can still claim a 10% discount on all of our services to help prevent sexual harassment by logging into their client portal.
Surrey and Sussex HR Forum
Stella and Mike Cole partner at Penningtons Manches Cooper also resumed their double act running another lively in person event for HR managers and team members on Preventing Sexual Harassment.
HR forum members can also claim 10% discount on all our services.
FICPI international congress
We were delighted to be asked by Ian Gill – partner at Venner Shipley – to facilitate a session at the FICPI annual congress in Naples. Ian and Stella ran an interactive session “Chaos to Clarity – communication as the key to change”, looking at how to manage change effectively and drawing on the recent experience of Venner Shipley merging with AA Thornton.
CITMA Review
Our 2nd article for CITMA Review – this time on our Exchanging Expectations model – a practical way to establish open trusting relationships and fend off frustrations that can often escalate to full blown conflict. Since ACAS puts the cost of workplace conflict at £28.5 billion this is practical advice that can help. Read this again here.
Edge magazine
We were thrilled to have our article on Building a High Performing Senior Team published in the summer edition of Edge, The Institute of Leadership magazine.
High performing teams rarely happen of their own accord. Development needs to be intentional and we looked at the practical steps we used to help this Senior Team evolve.
You can read it again here.

Award winning programmes
We are so proud that our client The West Group were shortlisted for an Institute of Leadership award – Leadership Excellence. Our programme was designed to develop leadership capability of the SLT and Management team in parallel with creating and embedding a set of organisational values.
The Company of HR Professionals
Stella was invited to join the Company of HR Professionals – one of a long tradition of livery companies playing a significant part in the life of the City of London – particularly through charitable-giving, networking opportunities and supporting the profession.
