With 20 years’ experience as a Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner, I have worked with a variety of organisations in the private and public sector, including the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Goldsmiths, University of London. Through my work as a Focal Point Training associate, I provide consultancy and coaching that creates space for growth and transformation in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) – I assist organisations in developing sustainable and meaningful DEI strategies and various initiatives including reverse mentoring and sponsorship programs.
When I’m not supporting Focal Point, you will find me meditating or taking long walks with my wonderful dog.
