Having originally qualified as an accountant I then moved into management development and now hold qualifications in psychometrics as well as a masters degree in Psychology.
Over the last 25 years I have worked with organisations across the public and private sectors, both in the UK and internationally, designing and delivering leadership development, communication skills, emotional intelligence and finance programmes. I am passionate about creating engaging learning experiences which provide real and lasting change.
When I am not at work you will find me gardening, making music or working on my cooking skills.
