I specialise in helping managers, at any level, to further develop their leadership skills. I’ll use coaching, mentoring, training, facilitating, consultancy – whatever is required to aid development. Naturally this important topic tends to also involve communications, team development and personal effectiveness.
Qualified and accredited in leadership development and coaching, I have been passionately doing this work since 2004, building upon the previous 23 years of operational and management experience in the private sector. That experience also helped me during my role as a Non Executive Director for an organisation which managed housing stock in a London Borough within the public sector. l have also enjoyed working with businesses, schools and other not-for-profit organisations, devising courses, 1-2-1s and group coaching programmes.
When I am not supporting Focal Point, you will find me either with a camera in my hand, editing photos or videos, playing golf, or gardening with my wife Alison.
