I have over 20 years’ experience working in the commercial sector as a Chief Legal Officer/Company Secretary. For the last few years I have worked as a consultant specialising in Board Effectiveness Reviews and working with Professional Services teams. I am a Coach and CEDR Accredited Mediator. I also teach at Canfield University where I am the Programme Director for the Non-Executive Director Programme.
The greatest satisfaction from my work is seeing both individuals and teams develop and enhance their performance which benefits them and their stakeholders.
When I am not working or coaching clients, you will find me walking long distance trails both in the UK and elsewhere.
